This is my contribution to the Ragnarok wallpaper project started by ~ippus. [link]

I enjoyed making this one, particularly because I love to play assassins in RO. I can't wait to see what the Assassin Cross is like as well. pRO should be getting the Heritage patch next week so I'm excited to get my own Sin to his transcendent class when I can!

Anyhow, the only accessory I added to this character is the Ghost Bandana. I originally wanted it to be canted low enough to one side to cover one eye but he began to look a lot like Kakashi from Naruto in my rough sketches so I ditched that idea and just let it cant slightly. I found it a little plain so I added an overlay of the word 幽霊 which basically means "ghost." Not exactly my most creative idea, but I just needed a filler anyway.

I wanted to exaggerate the size of the katars for this character to quite possibly make him look cooler or more intimidating... not so sure if I achieved that, but since this is a transcendent class that we're talking about here, I felt that I just had to give him a bigger slicer & dicer than your run of the mill assassin. I also added a small decal of a chinese character on on each katar. Together, the characters, 江彦 actually makes my chinese name... and yes my fellow chinese, my chinese name is just 2 characters 江 is my family name, and 彦 is my first... just in case some of you were wondering.

Anyhow... I hope you guys like how this turned out. Can't say that I've got the whole coloring thing down just yet... time to learn how to use Painter IX properly.
